Enhanced Active Living provides residents of Independent Living communities with flexibility in the services and amenities that are available. This includes access to dining and services, from housekeeping to laundry to transportation to wellness, that are included in the rent but also on an as-needed basis. While residents have spacious, well-appointed apartments, they also have access to a third-party managed Medical Wellness Center on site that positions them to age in place and remain in their apartment homes instead of moving to Assisted Living or Long Term Care Facilities.

Active Living housing is the fastest growing type of Senior Housing, basically over-55 or over-62 multi-family housing, but without the services typically provided in Independent Living Communities. There are many different types of Senior Living or Senior Housing, as further referenced in Senior Living Definitions, with Enhanced Active Living, one of our companies' brands, which has many unique components to promote aging in place.

Enhanced Active Living, LLC serves in multiple roles, including various developer roles in Senior Housing and mixed-use developments, acting as an Owner's Representative for developers who are new to Senior Housing, as well as serving in advisory roles for lenders, buyers, and sellers.
